A web application built for a driveline-components manufacturer to track inventory, manage projects, and monitor shop-floor processes.
Team capstone for System Development at Vanier College.
This system was built for a company in the mechanical engineering industry that designs and manufactures driveline components — gears, shafts, and related equipment for mining, oil & gas, and power generation. The goal: replace manual tracking with a web application that manages inventory efficiently and gives the team visibility into ongoing projects and processes.
- 🔐 Authentication with login / logout and role-based access
- 📦 Inventory tracking — add, update, and monitor stock of components
- 🗂️ Project management — associate inventory and processes with projects
- 📊 Process monitoring across the production workflow
- 🧾 CRUD across the core data entities
- 🎨 Modern UI built with Tailwind CSS and bundled by Vite
