databases/neo4j.mdxfor the Neo4j registry plugin in feat(plugin-neo4j): add a Neo4j driver over Bolt with Cypher TablePro#3925: connection settings, URL schemes, the sidebar groups, the grid columns, Cypher, TLS modes, limits and two connect errors.databases/index.mdxgains the Neo4j row, and every engine count moves from 42 to 43, with 27 registry plugins covering 31 engines.Merge after TableProApp/TablePro#3925.
Test plan
check-docs-against-source.py,check-links.pyandcheck-writing-style.shagainst the app branch of #3925. The first two pass. The style check fails only on the "modifier glyph" rule, which also fails onmainfor other pages; the new page hits it only for New Connection…, as those pages do.
