…r configuring Debug Geography through Privacy tab. Note: Change contains only Integration Manager changes. The UMP plugin doesn't yet read the Debug Geography value. The Integration Manager changes are flag-guarded and will be so until the Privacy Tab is fully functional. Key changes: - Introduces a new "Privacy" tab in the Integration Manager UI for configuring UMP SDK compile-time debug settings. - Adds a Debug Geography dropdown (Disabled, EEA, RegulatedUSState, Other) backed by a new DebugGeography setting in GoogleMobileAdsSettings and ISettingsProvider. - Adds PrivacySettingsCard and a styled popup dropdown helper in IntegrationManagerStyles. - Updates IntegrationManagerView to display the Privacy tab alongside Manage SDK and Set up SDK. - Adds unit tests for the changes.
