Hum, there are a few unrelated test cases thta fail (unrelated because not of this change but still related because they likely need hashlib.md5 in their test or anything that is blocked by FIPS). I suggest that we first merge this and fix all build bots on each branch (I assume that the buildbots failing on test_urllib2: Thos are the two failing tests. |
