Translate library/string.po #14

What this is

library/string.po is the page for the string module: string constants, the format-string rules, Template strings and helper functions. It has 225 strings.

The Punjabi page is still in English, so this file needs translation. Some strings may already be translated in Transifex, so use the Untranslated filter to see what is left. One person can take all of it, or two people can split it. Comment here with what you are taking so two people don't overlap.

Note

The format-string rules have many placeholders such as {name}, {0} and :>10. Keep them exactly as they are and translate only the text around them.
