Translate python-docs-theme #4

What this is

python-docs-theme is the design of the Python documentation website. It has about 21 short strings that appear on every page, such as "Navigation", "Quick search", "Table of Contents", "Previous topic" and "Next topic".

These strings are in a separate Transifex project, not in the main one. Until they are translated, every Punjabi page will keep showing these labels in English.

We are still checking how the translated theme strings reach the website build. We will update this issue when we know.
