Flutter Tech Summit 2025

The only Flutter event for mobile executives

Join top mobile industry leaders for an exclusive event packed with insights, networking, and cutting-edge innovations. Connect with executives, explore the latest trends, and shape the future of mobile technology.

What to expect

This event is designed exclusively for tech executives from global companies. In an intimate setting, you’ll gain insider knowledge on the challenges and breakthroughs of mobile Flutter app development at scale.

  • Live showcase of apps

Many have heard of Credit Agricole Bank Polska and Virgin Money Bank, but users from other countries rarely have the opportunity to explore their apps. This event offers a rare chance to interact with them directly.

  • Roundtable discussions

Led by CTOs, for CTOs. Engaging, live conversations on key topics such as persuading the board to adopt Flutter, transitioning development teams, and more.

  • Live testimonials

Sessions featuring industry leaders from Virgin Money, Credit Agricole Bank Polska, Sennheiser, Viessmann, and other enterprises sharing their experiences.

  • Networking opportunities

There will be a series of dedicated events designed to foster connections, enhance collaboration, and facilitate knowledge sharing among industry leaders.

Why to join

  • Navigate the shift

Adopting Flutter in an enterprise setting is more than just a technological shift—it’s a strategic transformation. It often involves a gradual transition of the entire mobile development team and requires leadership from the CIO or CTO, along with approval at the board level.

  • Get data from real cases

There is still a significant gap in available resources for enterprise users of Flutter, including comprehensive data, detailed implementation manuals, and dedicated platforms for exchanging insights and best practices. As a result, organizations often face challenges in navigating the transition.

Who will be there

We aim to bring together approximately 80 senior executives from global enterprise companies to explore Flutter adoption at various stages. While our primary focus is on European companies, we warmly welcome guests from the USA and other regions.

About the organizers

LeanCode is a Flutter-focused software development company trusted by Google and global brands to deliver high-performance digital products. As an official Flutter consultancy, we lead one of Europe’s top Flutter teams - 30+ developers, including 2 Flutter & Dart GDEs.

We don’t just build apps - we contribute to the Flutter ecosystem by creating open-source packages, organizing Flutter Warsaw (one of the largest meetups worldwide), and collaborating with universities on Flutter education. In 2020, we hosted Flutter Europe - the world’s biggest Flutter event at the time.

At LeanCode, we’re engineers at heart, focused on solving real-world challenges through robust architecture, efficient tooling, and knowledge sharing. Our deep technical expertise is combined with a strong business mindset.

FAQ

Attending onsite gives you access to much more than talks alone. You can ask questions directly to experts from leading companies and get answers tailored to your specific challenges. In-person attendees also take part in exclusive roundtable discussions focused on the most pressing real-world problems - sessions not available online. You’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with Flutter team representatives about the roadmap and business-critical Flutter decisions. Additionally, some of the most valuable conversations - like last year’s off-record debate - happen only onsite, where speakers openly share insights that are never recorded or streamed.

All Flutter Tech Summit sessions including talks, debates, roundtable discussions, and accompanying activities are conducted in English. The event organizers, as well as the venue staff, are fluent in English and available to assist international attendees throughout the conference.

No – the conference is completely free to attend! That said, you do need to sign up via the registration form. Since space is limited, we’ll be reviewing applications to make sure we can host a well-matched group and keep the quality of conversations high during roundtables and other sessions. Thank you for understanding.

We plan to record the main stage sessions, including keynote talks, panel discussions and fireside chat. These recordings will be shared with all registered attendees after the event and made available to subscribers of the LeanCode newsletter. If you’d like to join the mailing list, you can sign up here: https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/1b7SxeEiGTZGLURG7vf8uCQ2deag8 An edition of this event will also be livestreamed. However, while recordings are helpful, we truly believe that attending the Flutter tech Summit in person in Warsaw offers the most valuable experience and offers more than online.
